Zupers Every day Active wear ~ Review

Zupers Every day Active wear ~ Review

I have a very active 10 year old she loves to go Roller Skating, When ever her school has a Skate night. Needless to say that she is not very stable on a pair of skates and I would not even think about putting her in a pair of Roller Blades, She falls a lot and when she does she hits the ground knees first and by the time the skating session is over her knees are all bruised and we end up putting ice packs on them and with in a day or two they are better. Then I was doing some research and came across a website called Zuper Girls and as I was reading a light went off I had an a-ha moment and contacted them. I talked to Wendy and we agreed on some very stylish Turquoise Leggings for my daughter
Turquoise_shopify_large
They feature removable knee pads, UPF 50+, quick dry fabric, and a super comfy fit. We tested them out on my daughters next Skating event and oh my goodness she loved them, She kept telling me how comfortable they felt and she was happy and pleased that her knees did not hurt at the end of the night. She is happy I’m a Happy Mom and that makes all of us happy. We did receive several compliments on them. Best of all they are made in the USA.!! They do come in other colors and are also perfect for land or water sport including surfing, SUP (stand up paddle board), swimming, soccer, skating, lacrosse, volleyball, dance, gymnastics, and yoga . So if you have an active child check these out and you won’t want to switch to any thing else.

Happy Monday Glitter Ball Friends and Family 3 days till #Christmas

Happy Monday Glitter Ball Friends and Family 3 days till #Christmas

It is a cloudy gray day here in Spring Hill, Florida. It rained so much last night that I thought I was going to have to start gathering animals 2×2 and build and Ark.. Well at least my grass does not look like a brown desert and my rose bushes got drunk with tasty rain water. I’m so excited for Christmas to come and see the smiles on my kids when they open their gifts on Christmas Day, And oh my goodness it will be time to splurge and indulge my self with food. We are having Ham and Marshmallow covered Sweet Potatoes and of course Herb Regular Potatoes and My favorite is the stuffing I could eat that all year long. I’m going to make a vegetable tray too that we can snack on until the feast is ready. So What are your plans for Christmas Dinner? Do you have any special traditions that you do each year ? well wishing you all a Blessed Day ~ Laura

Happy Saturday Glitter Ball Friends and Family 5 more days till #Christmas

Happy Saturday Glitter Ball Friends and Family 5 more days till #Christmas

Have you ever been so sleep deprived that you gave your furkid the wrong food ? I’m guilty of that I gave the feline furkid Merlin his 4 legged sister’s food she is a canine fur kid, Merlin meowed at me so much last night and I kept telling him to eat his food, It took me until this morning after coffee was poured into my veins that I realized what I had done. Sheesh. Well there are only 5 more days until Christmas and I have yet to wrap gifts. at this point I have no energy or any brain waves to want to function. My beloved has been so sick and me being the loving wife that I am I have been attending to his needs and managing the house hold and making sure that my kidlets are dressed and fed, They can fend for them selves but I still like to make sure that they have a nice dinner to eat. And I found out why my washer is leaking the hot water hose is corroded and has a pin hole in it , yep just add that to the long to do list. Well I want to wish you all a Blessed Day. ~ Laura

Happy HUMP Day !! 8 More Days till Christmas, Christmas wrapping ranting

Happy HUMP Day !! 8 More Days till Christmas, Christmas wrapping ranting

I can’t believe that there are only 8 more days until Christmas, My kidlets are on a countdown, This year they did not ask for much and I have most of their gifts just waiting on a few more to arrive in the mail or UPS. Then comes the fun part of wrapping them and disguise them so they have no clue as to what they are. I’m not one of those wrappers that add all the bells and whistles I do make them look as if they weren’t wrapped up by a monkey though,Although monkeys could probably wrap gifts better than I could. I have seen some fancy gift wrapping and I’m like these people either had it done by a professional or been watching too much Martha Stewart. Or just have the ability to make gift wrapping really really nice. Does it really matter , I mean in a matter of seconds or minutes all that time you took to make them look pretty will look like a tornado ripped through a trailer park. Anyways I’m excited too see the smiles and joy on the faces of my kidlets and that is all the joy that I need. So what kind of wrapping guru are you ? Please feel free to leave a comment . Well have a Blessed Day all ~ Laura

Happy Tuesday Glitter Ball Friends and Family !!

Happy Tuesday Glitter Ball Friends and Family !!

I had to take my middle child for an evaluation what fun that was, I felt I was the one being evaluated. What is it about seeing Psychologists and you get the feeling that they are mentally observing you. Anyhow My beloved Husband the Handy man is still in the hospital his glucose levels were extremely high and with the help of medication they have dropped to a safe level, so I’m hoping that he may be able to come home today. We are rarely apart from each other and I feel so lost with out him. We have really thick fog conditions here in Spring Hill, Florida and very hard to see the car lights in front of you. I don’t care to drive under such conditions but in order to take middle child to his appt I had too, a mother has to do what is needed to take care of her kidlets. Not much else going on here. So grab that coffee, tea, or Hot cocoa and seize the day ~ Laura

Happy Sunday Glitter Ball Friends and Family !

Happy Sunday Glitter Ball Friends and Family !

Sooo I’m trying to do laundry and I notice that the washer is semi leaking underneath , I don’t need this to happen at this time. With Christmas and all that goes with it ,is approaching and I just don’t have the funds to fix what ever is wrong at this time. Husband the Handy man is sick and unable to pull out the washer to see if any of the hoses are leaking , Why does this happen ? Uggh I don’t need to worry about this too. Good thing the Washer is in the garage on a cement floor that is a plus.. But still a major PITA to deal with. I don’t have much laundry left to do, so when I’m done I guess I will try and pull the washer out and see what is going on. sigh!! Well I hope you all are having a better day than this. Wishing you all a Blessed Day ~ Laura
